Strongman Sundays at @defiance_gym 💪 Happy with these farmers, managed 55kg a hand! Loved the atmosphere today!

Very proud of my mum today! One week after my stepdad passing away, she ran a 10k in memory of him ❤️

Great session today at @defiance_gym today 😁 managed 115kg from 15 inch blocks which is a new PB! Thanks @fineganstrongman and @_maxlion for the support 😁

Huge PB today 🥳🥳🥳 Managed a 50kg (!!!) clean😁😁 I've only ever managed 35kg before so this is a huge 15kg PB! Such a good training session with @leannekapa and huge thanks to @defiance_gym for all the support!

Low calorie treats for me and @lisarobertss_ 😋
